Peak performance was never the plan when Chris trained in rapidly mixing high-end cocktails. Learning hands-on sewer-maintenence had not directly ignited his appreciation of love-based acts of service. Even professional acting left Chris without the emotional wisdom to face real-life challenges such as ADHD, empathetic sensitivity, and grief. Seeking meaning and identity while coping through alcohol, cannabis, caffeine, social media, spirituality, and drama seemed like the only path forward at the time. Unconscious living and shame eventually broke open the egoistic shell surrounding Chris' emotional heart.

An old and new kind of knowing then woke up, opening to limitless acceptance and thereby radical love. Further surrender into that knowing would reveal the magic of transforming with challenges related to life-living, loving, and losing. Chris leads Effortless Mindfulness glimpses, guiding clients toward an embodied and interconnected flow-consciousness. Chris' pointing-out of ego-identification, and fine-tuning of awareness can welcome your sense of identity to grow beyond common limits such the physical body, or shadow-parts.

Realize, and surrender to the ground of Being with down-to-earth, simple inquiry informed  by non-dual world  traditions such as  Dzognzen, Mahamudra, Advaita, Zen, as well as modern neuroscience & psychology.

Not a typical guided meditation

Learning from pre-recorded programs related to spiritual growth can feel disconnected, lacking presence, and without clear focus on what is most important to you.  Effortless mindfulness is different.  What may at first seem like a guided mindfulness practice, quickly reveals the true path of naturally awakening, which is likely not quite what you were expecting.
